Instructions for Downloading Invoicer

  1. Before downloading any of the software below, you should carefully read the Terms and Conditions. Downloading any of the software below indicates your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not download any of the software below.
  2. Start the download by clicking on the link below. The download is approx. 10.6 MB in size but you will need approx. 20 MB free space on your hard disk to complete the installation.

  3. When prompted, select 'Save this file to disk' and enter the folder name (directory) where the file should be copied to. We suggest creating an empty folder, with a name like 'c:\downInv' to make it easier to clean up after installation. A single file will then be copied to your PC.
  4. Make sure you are logged in as Administrator before proceeding with the next step (re-login if necessary).
  5. Click on the downloaded file, which allows you to see what it contains. Double-click (execute) the setup.exe file inside the zip. This will start the Installation Wizard which will guide you through the rest of the installation.
  6. During this process, there will be several questions saying This file is not newer .... Always keep the file that is currently on YOUR computer, since this is the newer version.
  7. After successful installation you can delete the file that was downloaded plus all files that were created during this step.
  8. After this installation you will have a working copy of the Invoicer Lite.
  9. To activate the features of the other products you will need to purchase a license key.
  10. To obtain your license key you will need to contact us to tell us your site code, which is the number shown on the Licensing screen (it looks like aa-bb-cc-dd). Don't forget to let us know how we can contact you to tell you what your license key is, especially if this is different from your contact details on the order form (how to order).
  11. When we receive your payment we use your site code to generate your personal license key which is used to turn your existing software into the full product that you ordered. There is no need to download again, all you need to do is enter the license key once on the Licensing screen and then the software automatically reconfigures itself into the full product.
