- Upgrade to the latest version of Invoicer for free. Please only use this if you have Invoicer 3.0 installed on your PC.

- Upgrade for older versions of Invoicer for free. Please only use this if you have Invoicer 2.1.1 to 2.2.4 installed on your PC.

- When prompted, select 'Save this file to disk' and enter the folder name (directory) where the file should be copied to. We suggest creating an empty folder, with a name like 'c:\downInv' to make it easier to clean up after installation.
A single file will then be copied to your PC.
NOTE : if you are using Internet Explorer 5 or 6 then take note of the original file name; due to bugs in IE5 and IE6 you may need to rename the copied file back to its original name after it has been copied to your PC.
- Double-click the new file. This will create several other files in the same folder. If you are running Windows 2000 or Windows NT make sure you are logged in as Administrator before proceeding with the next step (re-login if necessary). Next double-click (execute) one of the new files called setup.exe. This will start the Installation Wizard which will guide you through the rest of the installation.
After successful installation you can delete the file that was downloaded plus all files that were created during this step.
- After this installation you will have a working copy of the Invoicer Lite.
- To activate the features of the other products you will need to enter a license key. To obtain your license key you will need to contact us to tell us your site code, which is the number shown on the Licensing screen (it looks like aa-bb-cc-dd). Don't forget to let us know how we can contact you to tell you what your license key is, especially if this is different from your contact details on the order form (how to order).
- When we receive your payment we use your site code to generate your personal license key which is used to turn your existing software into the full product that you ordered. There is no need to download again, all you need to do is enter the license key once on one of the screens and then the software automatically reconfigures itself into the full product.
