Invoicer is a great timesaver for anyone who needs to send out invoices to a number of people. Small businesses often still produce invoices by hand. This may be OK if there are just a few invoices to write, but when there are tens or hundreds of them it will become very time consuming, especially when this needs to be done on a regular basis, e.g. every term.
Then there are all those lists that you need to make: Who is taking the exam, what clothes are needed for a show, what classes run each night of the week.
Invoicer makes the whole process easier, faster, more accurate and gives your invoices that professional look.
Let's see how invoicer would work for a dancing school :
- Step 1: Enter (once only!) the details of all pupils attending classes (this can be automated if you currently use a spreadsheet).
- Step 2: Enter what classes are being taught, when, and how much would be charged for each.
- Step 3: Enrol each pupil in the relevant classes, which is a very simple 'point-and-click' process.
- Step 4: Personalise the invoice, e.g. add the name of the school and any messages that you would like printed on each invoice.
- Step 5: Finally select the type of report you wish to print. This could be an invoice for every family, an attendance list or a running order for a show, to name but a few.

Clear, useful Help information is available on every screen, to guide less experienced users.
There are four types of product.
- Invoicer Lite - This is the free product. It has all the functionality of the 'Pro' version, but you can only enter 10 pupils.
- Invoicer Club - This has all the functionality of the 'Pro' version, but you can only enter 25 pupils.
- Invoicer Home - This product prints out invoices etc., but doesn't save the amounts owed. No limit on number of pupils.
- Invoicer Pro - This product behaves in a similar way to a mini accounting system. The amount owed is saved and you enter the payment details. You can generate all the invoices for a term with a single press of a button, or add a single invoice for pupil that starts half way through a term. When the invoices are printed, any outstanding money owed is included. So you can print off lists of outstanding fees and family accounts. No limit on pupils.
Finally, if you have any special requirements, such as the need to have your own logo on the invoice or personalised invoice types, we will be happy to provide this for a very modest fee. Contact us directly for a free quote.
